I was just thinking about … Thanksgiving!

There are people who think thanksgiving is a day for great holiday sales and a day off.

But really it is a day to GIVE THANKS for all of your blessings.  So  here are a few of the blessings that God richly blessed my life with …

My Saviour Jesus Christ: With love, grace, forgiveness and eternal life

My Wife: My high school sweetheart,  love of my life and best friend

My Son: He has brought me more joy and happiness than he could ever know, and serving God is one of the greatest ways he blesses his mom and dad

My Mom, Dad: Thanks for the love and the Godly foundation that started my path in life so well

My Step Parents: Thanks for your love and acceptance

My in-laws: Talk about being accepted, my wife says they love me more than her! Wonderful people who teach forgiveness, grace, acceptance and awesome hospitality

Mikes Gang: Love, fun, sharing, caring, laughter and great prank gifts!

My Sister and her husband: The darling baby of the family and part-time/full-time caretaker of us all and her husband who is funny, generous and the caretaker of our caretaker – thank you sir

My Sister from another mother: Watching you grow up has been a delight. Glad we are family and that your husband and children make you so happy

My Brother: A great younger brother who had always encouraged me to walk closer to God. My encourager in childhood and now partner in ministry in adulthood. Loving wife who sings like an angel and children that would make any parents proud!

My Brother: Though much younger a closest friend, confidant and partner/helper in much stuff – mostly pizza hutt!  Awesome kids

My Brothers: Good looking, funny, strong and sometimes witty!

My Only Friend: You know who you are, thanks!

My Church Family: Loving, friendly, supportive and lovers of God. Thanks for loving my family, your mission work and your desire to know God better.

Thank you Father for all of my blessings, the one’s I have mentioned and the one’s I have not.
